Our terms are organised into one master hub (this page) and the following sub-documents: (1) Terms of Use (/legal/terms); (2) B2C Program Terms (/legal/program-terms); (3) B2B Services Terms (/legal/services-terms); (4) Refund & Cancellation Policy (/legal/refunds); (5) Privacy Policy (/legal/privacy); (6) Cookie Policy (/legal/cookies); (7) Disclaimer (/legal/disclaimer). Where they conflict for a specific product/service, the more specific document prevails.
You must be at least 18, or have parent/guardian consent where permitted. Specific rules for minors are in the Terms of Use.
We may amend our legal documents. We will update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, give reasonable notice (e.g. by email or in-Service notice). Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These documents are governed by Greek law and EU law. For Consumer transactions, no term limits mandatory statutory rights, and the Consumer may also sue in the courts of their place of residence. For B2B disputes, the courts of Athens, Greece have exclusive jurisdiction. Contracts of GYA Media Group Ltd with UK clients may be governed by English law as specified in the relevant contract.
EU consumers may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We always seek amicable resolution first via [email protected] (B2B) / [email protected] (B2C).

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of every Group website, dashboard, community, app and digital content (the "Services"). By registering (creating an account), making a purchase, accessing or using the Services, you fully and unreservedly accept these Terms, the Master hub and all documents incorporated by reference (Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Disclaimer and, as applicable, the B2C Program Terms or B2B Services Terms). If you do not agree, do not register and do not use the Services. Acceptance of these Terms at registration does not replace the specific, express consent required at the point of purchasing digital content for the extinction of the right of withdrawal (see B2C Program Terms, section 5).
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited licence to access and use the Services for their intended purposes. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, reproduce, publish, licence, transfer or sell any material obtained from the Services without our prior written permission.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details, the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity on your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
All content, marks, logos, text, graphics, video, educational materials, software and the overall look and feel of the Services belong to the Group or its licensors and are protected by Greek, EU and international law. Nothing grants any right in them beyond the limited licence in section 2.
You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce and display User Content solely to the extent needed to operate and provide the Services. You are solely responsible for the lawfulness of your User Content. We may (but need not) remove content that breaches these Terms.
You must not: (a) use the Services for any unlawful purpose; (b) harass, threaten, defame or harm other users; (c) impersonate others or provide false information; (d) attempt unauthorised access, interference or disruption (hacking, phishing, malware, denial-of-service); (e) reverse engineer or extract data by automated means (scraping, bots, crawlers) without written consent; (f) commit fraud, manipulate metrics or post fake reviews; (g) post sexual, violent, hateful or discriminatory content; (h) infringe third-party IP or privacy rights.
You may not make any audio or video recording of live events, sessions, masterminds, workshops or meetings, nor distribute or transmit any unauthorised recordings, without our prior express written consent. We may record live events for internal use or for distribution to participants; by attending you consent to the possible recording of your image/voice. If you do not wish to be recorded, do not attend live sessions.
Where the Services include communities or member areas, these Acceptable Use rules apply. We may remove content, restrict access, suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, with notice where reasonable.
The Services are principally intended for adults. Where a product may be directed at or reach minors (e.g. CRS, GreatGreece4Ever): the digital-consent age in Greece is 15 (Law 4624/2019, art. 21); for children under 15, consent or authorisation of the holder of parental responsibility is required; we do not knowingly collect children's data without the required parental consent; purchases by minors require parent/guardian consent; we apply reasonable mitigations (restricting content categories unsuitable for minors, monitoring/reporting). If we learn we have collected a minor's data without the required consent, we will delete it. Child-safety reports: [email protected].
The Services may contain third-party links or materials, for which we are not responsible and which are governed by their own terms.
The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted, secure or error-free operation. This disclaimer does not affect Consumers' mandatory statutory rights (see B2C Program Terms).
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Nothing excludes or limits liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded (in particular toward Consumers). Specific B2C and B2B liability caps are set in the respective Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms. Consequences for purchased products/services and refunds are governed by the B2C Program Terms / B2B Services Terms and the Refund Policy.
If any term is held invalid, the rest remain in effect. Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. Governing law and jurisdiction: as in the Master hub.

Provider: VASILEIOS APOLLON PAPAS, sole proprietorship, VAT (ΑΦΜ) 113532010
These terms govern the purchase and use of the education products and services offered by the Provider to Consumers, such as: From Chaos to Revenue (the 6-Week Execution Sprint), the Power UP Webinar, Mentorship, "Ask", the Library Hub (Digital Library / Asset Hub), and any related digital content, course, webinar or community (the "Programs"). The Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Disclaimer apply in addition.
The Programs are provided for educational and informational purposes only. They are not professional, legal, tax, accounting, medical or investment advice. We do not guarantee any specific results (income, employment, business growth or other benefit). Results depend on your own effort, implementation and circumstances. Any testimonials or success stories are individual and are not a guarantee that you will achieve similar results. You take full responsibility for your decisions and actions based on the content.
Prices are shown including VAT where applicable. Payment is processed via our payment service provider (Stripe) or another method shown at checkout. For subscription products, charges renew automatically each billing period until you cancel before the renewal date. You will see the total price before completing your purchase.
On purchase you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the Program content for personal, non-commercial use. You do not acquire ownership. Reproduction, redistribution, credential sharing, resale, public display or creation of derivative works without written permission is prohibited. Breach results in termination of access without refund and possible legal action.
As a Consumer you have, in principle, a right to withdraw within 14 calendar days of concluding the contract, without giving reasons (Law 2251/1994; Directive 2011/83/EU).
Exception - digital content/services with immediate access: Under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, as transposed by Article 3ιβ of Greek Law 2251/1994, the withdrawal right is extinguished for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium where performance has begun with your prior express consent and your express acknowledgement that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal.
When you buy a Program with immediate access to a dashboard/digital content, you must tick a mandatory checkbox stating:
"I expressly request that the supply of / access to the digital content begins before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period, and I acknowledge that I thereby lose my right of withdrawal once access begins."
Accordingly: once access to the dashboard/content is granted, no refund is due. If you do not give the above consent, you retain the 14-day withdrawal right. For live services (e.g. coaching), if you ask for performance to begin within the period, you must pay an amount proportionate to the services already provided if you then withdraw. Full detail: Refund Policy.
If you breach these terms or the Terms of Use (e.g. content sharing, unauthorised recording), we may terminate your access without refund, subject to your mandatory statutory rights.
You keep your statutory conformity/remedy rights for digital content and services under Law 2251/1994 and Directive (EU) 2019/770. If the digital content lacks conformity, you are entitled to a statutory remedy. These rights are unaffected by the withdrawal waiver in section 5.
The Provider is liable for damage caused by wilful misconduct or gross negligence as provided by law. To the extent permitted, liability for indirect or consequential damage, and for outcomes that depend on your own actions, is excluded. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded toward Consumers.
Governing law: Greek/EU. As a Consumer you may sue in the courts of your place of residence and use the ODR platform (see Master hub).

Provider: GYA Media SP PC (Single-Member Private Company), VAT 803027683, GEMI 187728303000. For UK clients: GYA Media Group Ltd.
These terms govern the provision of professional marketing, sales/email-outreach automation, GenAI solutions and the Cold Email tool (SaaS) to business clients ("Client"). They are not directed at Consumers. They apply alongside any specific proposal, quote, statement of work (SOW) or contract; in case of conflict, the signed contract/SOW prevails.
The Provider performs the services with professional care. The Client must provide timely access, materials, approvals and accurate information. Client delays may affect timelines and cost.
3.1. Fees, deliverables and timelines are set in the proposal/SOW. All amounts are exclusive of VAT where applicable.
3.2. Invoicing & payment term. Invoices are issued on an annual, quarterly or monthly basis and are payable immediately upon issue, either automatically by card charge (payment service provider) or by settlement from the Client. A grace period of up to five (5) days applies without penalty.
3.2.a. Late-payment penalty. After the five-day grace period, a penalty of 10% per day of delay applies to the amount due. This penalty applies in addition to, and without prejudice to, the statutory late-payment interest, the EUR 40 fixed sum and the recovery costs under Law 4152/2013. If for any reason that penalty is held invalid, excessive or is reduced by a court (Greek Civil Code Art. 409 et seq.), the statutory late-payment interest and recovery costs under Law 4152/2013 remain fully due.
3.3. Late payment. On overdue payment, the Provider is entitled to late-payment interest and recovery costs under Law 4152/2013 (transposing Directive 2011/7/EU on combating late payment in commercial transactions), including the fixed sum of EUR 40 and reasonable recovery/legal costs.
3.4. Liability for unpaid invoices. The Client is liable for all fees due for services provided or commissioned. On non-payment, the Provider may suspend services and pursue litigation to recover all unpaid invoices in full, plus interest, costs and legal expenses.
4.1. Advance payments and retainers are non-refundable once work has commenced.
4.2. No refund is due after the Strategy Call has been performed. Performance of the Strategy Call is deemed commencement of substantive service provision, and the relevant amounts become non-refundable.
4.3. As a business transaction, the 14-day consumer withdrawal right does not apply.
On full payment, the Client receives a licence to use the final deliverables for its internal business purposes. The Provider retains ownership of its methods, tools, templates, prompts, workflows, pre-existing IP and know-how, and the right to use general knowledge and experience. No rights to train AI models on the deliverables are granted without a specific written agreement.
Where the Provider processes personal data on the Client's behalf (e.g. contact lists for outreach), the Client acts as Controller and the Provider as Processor. A Data Processing Agreement under GDPR Article 28 must be in place before processing begins. The Client warrants a lawful basis for processing and lawful collection of the data it provides.
Each party protects the other's confidential information and uses it only for the purposes of the engagement.
The Provider performs with professional care but does not guarantee specific commercial results (e.g. number of leads, meetings, revenue). Beyond express warranties, services are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Provider's total liability for all claims arising from the engagement is limited to the total fees paid by the Client in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Liability for indirect, consequential or special damages, lost profits or loss of data/goodwill is excluded. Liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence is not limited.
The engagement runs for the term of the proposal/SOW. Termination/non-renewal requires written notice at least twenty-five (25) days before the end of the current period. No exceptions apply to this policy, as preparation for the next period begins within the month. Immediate termination is available only for material breach. On termination, the Client owes all fees for services provided or commissioned up to the termination date.
Greek law; exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece. Contracts of GYA Media Group Ltd with UK clients are governed by English law and the jurisdiction of the English courts, as specified in the contract.

This policy details refunds and cancellations and must be read with the B2C Program Terms and the B2B Services Terms.
1. 14-day withdrawal right (general rule). You may withdraw within 14 calendar days of concluding the contract, without giving reasons, unless the waiver in para 2 has been activated.
2. Loss of the right for digital content with immediate access. For Programs giving immediate access to a dashboard or digital content, at checkout you expressly request immediate start and acknowledge that you lose the withdrawal right once you obtain access. Once access is granted, no refunds are made for any reason (including dissatisfaction, change of mind or non-use).
3. Live services (coaching/mentoring). If you request performance to start within the 14-day period and then withdraw, you owe an amount proportionate to the services already provided.
4. How to withdraw (where applicable). By a clear statement to [email protected] (B2C) / [email protected] (B2B) within the period. We refund using the same payment method, normally within 14 days of receiving your statement.
5. Statutory conformity guarantee. Regardless of the above, you keep your rights where digital content lacks conformity (Law 2251/1994; Directive (EU) 2019/770).
6. Subscriptions. You may cancel renewal any time before the next billing date; cancellation takes effect for the next period, and amounts already paid for periods you had access to are not refunded.
1. Advance payments and retainers are non-refundable once work has commenced.
2. No refund after the Strategy Call has been performed.
3. The 14-day consumer withdrawal right does not apply.
4. The Client is liable for all unpaid invoices; on non-payment the Provider pursues litigation to recover them plus late-payment interest and costs (Law 4152/2013).
Payments are handled by a payment service provider (Stripe). For payment-layer issues (e.g. duplicate/unrecognised charge), contact [email protected] (B2C) / [email protected] (B2B). You keep any lawful right to dispute a charge (chargeback) with your bank/card issuer.
